超高层办公楼空调系统设计实践

以地处夏热冬暖地区的福建省某超高层办公楼为例,阐述了以高效的一体化蒸发冷凝式冷水机组结合灵活、便捷的风冷多联式空调所构建的复合型空调系统.在冷水机组、管道及其连接方式的承压能力范围以内,空调水系统结合新风系统竖向分区进行设置,避免采用二次换热方式.在此基础上,合理地提高了冷水机组的水温,有效地提高了能源效率.结合空调冷负荷分析、典型年室外湿球温度频数统计结果可知:采用高温工况的一体化蒸发冷凝式冷水机组作为新风冷源,较常规的冷水机组、风冷多联式室外机作为冷源的方式,节能和减排的幅度较高,具有良好的示范价值.
A super high-rise office building in Fujian Province located in hot summer and warm winter area is expounded on its compound air-conditioning system composed of an efficient integrated evaporative condensing chiller combined with air-cooled multi connected air conditioner.Within the pressure bearing capacity of chiller,pipes and its connection mode,the air-conditioning water system shall be set in combination with the vertical partition of the fresh air system to avoid secondary heat exchange.On this basis,the temperature of the chilled water is reasonably increased,and the energy efficiency is effectively improved.According to the analysis of air-conditioning cooling load and the frequency statistics of outdoor wet-bulb temperature in typical years,it can be seen that the integrated evaporative condensing water chiller under high temperature conditions is used as the fresh air-cooling source.Compared with the conventional water chiller and air-cooled multi-connected outdoor unit as the cooling source,the range of energy saving and emission reduction is higher,which has a good demonstration value.
