In response to the differences in the requirements for Annual Performance Factor(APF)and Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio(SEER)energy efficiency level indicators in the GB 21455-2019"Minimum Allowable Values of the Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Room Air Conditioners"and the GB 19576-2019"Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Unitary Air Conditioners",a comparative analysis is conducted on the above two specifications from the aspects of scope of application,energy efficiency grade,cited standards,and cited standards,discuss and refine their specific purposes and usage locations.In order to facilitate designers to choose the above two design criteria and related specifications,the specific purposes and usage locations of each have been discussed and refined,which can be used as a reference for readers.If there is an intersection between the two,it is recommended to follow stricter requirements to avoid affecting equipment procurement and project acceptance.To ensure that the project can correctly implement the design intent,it is proposed that designers should cooperate with other work tasks in addition to design work.
