Based on climatic characteristics,an office building in Guangdong integrates various passive designs according to local conditions,optimizing The building orientation,combining metal perforated plate sunshade with self-shading,atrium patio sinking courtyard design,strengthening the natural ventilation,natural lighting and other passive technologies,while supplemented by active technology of temperature and humidity independent control and lake water source heat pump air conditioning system,in order to maximize the reduction of building energy consumption.According to the actual operation and test data,the indoor and outdoor wind,heat,humidity and air quality are verified.The application effect of passive and active energy-saving technology is good.The final energy consumption of the project is 27.4%lower than that of"Civil Building Energy Consumption Standard"(GB/T 51161-2016).Combined with the operation effect,it is suggested that the design can be improved in the aspects including the consideration of the energy consumption habit,design of the heating source,reduction on the number of exhaust equipment in semi-outdoor underground garages appropriately,as well as starting the air conditioner dehumidification in advance to prevent dew condensation in hot and humid weather when the temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system is running.
