Microclimate is closely related to building energy consumption.Reducing building energy consumption by improving the microclimate environment has become an important direction in the field of building energy-saving design.Taking Shangying Lijing Community in Shenyang as an example, relying on the microclimate software ENVI-met and the building energy consumption simulation software EnergyPlus,a coupling model of building energy consumption under the influence of microclimate is established, and the cooling energy consumption of buildings on typical weather days in summer is accurately analyzed. The experimental results show that with the increase of building height, the difference between the influence of local microclimate and urban climate on building cooling energy consumption gradually decreases, and the microclimate mainly affects the building cooling energy consumption by affecting the heat gain of air penetration.Under the influence of microclimate, the total cooling energy consumption of buildings increased by 9.63 kW·h compared with that under urban climate,an increase of 4.28%.In view of the influence of local microclimate differences on the cooling energy consumption of buildings, strategies such as rational planning and layout, improving the thermal performance of the envelope structure in different regions and optimizing the facade window opening are proposed,so as to realize the energy-saving design of residential areas.
