摘要
磷石膏是湿法生产磷酸时排放的固体废弃物,其中夹杂的少量磷和氟等杂质会严重危害周围的大气、土壤和地下水等生态环境.地暖模块是利用保温板沟槽固定保护发热管并能均热的集成地暖板块,可大幅简化地暖安装程序并降低地暖厚度,让地暖更节能.以磷石膏为原料,首先进行煅烧与陈化预处理;通过掺加有机乳液和水硬性胶凝材料改性处理磷石膏并分析其改性机理;对改性后的磷石膏进行发泡处理,制备磷石膏地暖模块并对其密度、导热系数、体积吸水率、强度和燃烧等级等性能进行测试与分析.利用改性后的磷石膏制备发泡板模块,不仅拓宽了地暖模块保温材料的选择,而且为磷石膏综合探索利用提供了新思路.
Abstract
Phosphogypsum is a solid waste discharged during the wet production of phosphoric acid,which contains a small amount of impurities such as phosphorus and fluorine and seriously endangers the surrounding ecological environment such as atmosphere,soil,and groundwater.The underfloor heating module is an integrated underfloor heating plate that uses insulation board grooves to fix and protect the heating pipe,and can evenly heat.It can greatly simplify the underfloor heating installation process,reduce the thickness of underfloor heating,and make underfloor heating more energy-efficient.The calcination and aging treatment of phosphogypsum as raw material were carried out firstly.Then the phosphogypsum was modified by adding organic emulsion and hydraulic cementing material,and its modification mechanism was analyzed as well.Finally,the modified phosphogypsum was foamed to prepare phosphogypsum floor heating module,and its density,thermal conductivity,volume water absorption,strength and combustion grade were tested and analyzed.Mmodified phosphogypsum is used to prepare foamed board module,which not only broadens the selection of insulation materials for floor heating module,but also provides a new idea for comprehensive exploration and utilization of phosphogypsum.
