The background,process,and main content of the Technical Specification for Power Grid Peak Shaving by Heat Pump System are described briefly.A detailed interpretation of the key points of the compilation of the specification is provides,including proposing the main technical measures and application scenarios of heat pump systems in participating in grid peak shaving,analyzing the energy consumption load and schedule of heat pump systems participating in grid peak shaving,and standardizing the quantitative indicators and calculation methods for peak shaving performance of heat pump systems such as load reduction effect,peak shaving response execution effect,and influence of peak shaving response on energy,economy,and environment.The importance of building flexible energy consumption systems for grid peak shaving and renewable energy consumption is elaborated.It is hoped that the application and development of building flexible energy systems such as heat pumps in power grid peak shaving can be better regulated,guided,and promoted through the formulation and implementation of this specification,making building flexible energy an important part of future low-carbon energy systems.
