商业办公园区低碳建设路径研究

在"双碳"目标背景下,园区作为人们工作、活动的主要场所,深入探索其碳排放构成、影响因素和系统的解决路径,对我国实现"碳达峰""碳中和"意义重大.以商业办公类园区为例,分析了建筑减碳、交通减碳、生活减碳、碳汇固碳的原理,提出了基于商业办公园区的碳排放核算方法.并通过分析园区碳排放结构和影响因素,从低碳规划、平台搭建、管理手段、抵消机制等4 个方面提出了系统的减碳路径.从减碳经济性角度考虑,对比分析了绿色建筑、超低能耗建筑和光伏发电等不同减排方案的成本增量和碳减排潜力的协同关系.从而为商业办公型园区低碳化建设思路提供了参考.
In the context of the"Dual-Carbon Goals"(realizing carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060)in China,the park,as the main place for people's work and activities,in-depth exploration of its carbon emission composition,as well as influencing factors and systematic solutions,are of great significance for China.Taking commercial office park as an example,this paper analyzes the principles of building carbon reduction,transportation carbon reduction,living carbon reduction and carbon sequestration,and proposed a carbon emission accounting method based on commercial office park.By analyzing the carbon emission structure and influencing factors of the park,a systematic carbon reduction path is proposed from four aspects:low-carbon planning,platform construction,management means and offset mechanism.From the perspective of carbon reduction economy,the synergistic relationship between cost increment and carbon reduction potential of different emission reduction schemes such as green building,ultra-low energy building and photovoltaic power generation was compared and analyzed,providing a reference for the low carbon construction of commercial office parks.
