With the guidance of "Dual-Carbon Goals"(realizing carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060) in China, green design,low-carbon construction and operation are the keywords for high-quality development of the construction industry. According to the data from" 2022 Research Report on Building Energy Consumption and Carbon Emissions",which was issued by China Association of Building Energy Efficiency(CABEE),more than 40% of carbon emissions during the entire lifecycle of buildings come from the operation phase. Therefore,to find a more scientific and efficient way to reduce carbon is the only way to implement the low-carbon goal. Based on actual engineering cases, the subject treats office as the research object, exploring how to combine traditional design methods with Internet technology, building a smart office platform to guide users establishing a multi-dimensional interaction and regulation relationship between space and equipment with the methods of demand sorting, system building, strategies deployment, quantitative analysis and effect comparison. On this basis, reducing carbon emissions will be achieved in the office space operation phase with smart, efficient and precise methods of system electricity regulation.
