With the rapid development of Internet technology and digital demand,as well as the vigorous promotion of national policies,and the continuous improvement of BIM technology and 5D platform,practitioners in the field of construction engineering are increasingly paying attention to the application of informatization in projects. In the design stage,medical buildings have the characteristics of staggered function lines and complex electromechanical pipelines,and in the construction stage,there are many participating units and it is difficult to coordinate management. Combined with the actual project case of medical complex,the difficulties of the project are analyzed,and BIM forward design is adopted in the design stage to provide the basic information data for the whole life cycle of the building. On this basis,the wind simulation,evacuation simulation,and 3D pipeline synthesis are conducted. During the construction phase,5D software platform is used to realize the integrated management of technology,production,quality,safety and cost systems. It realizes information sharing,information transmission,digital construction,and improves work efficiency and accuracy in design and construction stages,and saves unnecessary changes and construction costs for the construction unit.
