As the main component of the enclosure structure, the heat transfer coefficient of building walls directly affects the thermal insulation performance evaluation of the building insulation system. The testing agency tests the insulation performance of building components and materials in accordance with relevant building energy efficiency testing standards in the laboratory.Laboratory measurements are combined with numerical simulation calculations to study the heat transfer coefficients of polyurethane composite rock wool insulation wall structures and graphite benzene board composite rock wool insulation wall structures. The results show that as the width of the rock wool strip increases, the numerical fluctuation between the calculated and measured values of the heat transfer coefficient of the non-uniform composite insulation wall increases. When the design value of the heat transfer coefficient of the enclosure structure wall is not greater than 0.30 W/(m2·K),the thickness of the composite insulation board is 70 mm,the width of the rock wool strip is 20 mm,and the area ratio of the rock wool strip is 0.09,the measured heat transfer coefficient of the composite wall is 0.31 W/(m2·K),with an error of 3.3%from the calculated design value.
