The cooling water system load in hospitals exhibits both periodic and random characteristics, presenting challenges for system operation and management. To enable precise control of the hospital cooling water system and save energy consumption by the hospital logistics system, this study proposes applying Internet of Things technology to acquire real-time operating data such as flow rate and temperature of the cooling water system.By analyzing the real-time operating characteristics of the cooling water system, proactive operation and maintenance solutions can be provided for fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance of the cooling water system.Technical approaches are explored to optimize the energy efficiency of the cooling water system operation based on measured real-time operating data, assisting optimization of the overall control strategy and operation plan for the hospital cooling system and decision making, reducing hospital logistics system energy consumption and decreasing the probability of failure in hospital cooling equipment.Application and verification in hospital projects shows that the average energy consumption of the hospital cooling water system is reduced by 12%through the digitalized operation and maintenance solution.Under the premise of ensuring comfort at cooling terminals, this enhances the energy efficiency and operational reliability of the hospital cooling water system, providing an example for promoting the digital upgrade of hospital logistics management.
