建筑规划是影响建筑能耗的重要因素,通过对建筑规划方案进行优化设计,可以有效降低建筑本体能耗.采用多因素耦合室外风环境、光环境以及建筑总能耗的模拟计算方法,计算分析了正向间距、侧向间距、朝向、建筑密度和布局形式对建筑能耗的影响.采用正交设计和极差分析的方法,得出建筑朝向对能耗影响最大,F值为 1,建筑密度对能耗影响最小,F值为0.005.通过计算各因素水平对应指标的均值可以找到接近最优的建筑布局,即正向间距40 m、侧向间距18 m、朝向为正南、建筑密度为22.5%、建筑布局为行列式.相对于其他的布局形式最大可实现节能10%.研究成果为寒冷地区多层住区的节能规划设计方法和关键数据指标的确定提供了参考.
Building planning is an important factor affecting building energy consumption.Through site planning and design,building energy consumption can be effectively reduced.This paper adopts the simulation calculation method of multi-factor coupled outdoor wind environment,light environment and total building energy consumption to calculate and analyze the influence of forward spacing,lateral spacing,orientation,building density and layout form on building energy consumption.Finally,the method of orthogonal design and difference analysis has the greatest impact on energy consumption,F value is 1,building density has the least impact on energy consumption,and F value is 0.005.By calculating the average value of the corresponding index of each factor level,the nearly optimal building layout can be found,that is,the forward spacing is 40 m,the lateral spacing is 18 m,the orientation is due south,the building density is 22.5%,and the building layout is the determinant.Compared with other layout forms,the maximum energy saving is 10%.The results of this paper provide a reference for the planning and design methods and key data indicators of multi-layer residential areas in cold areas.
