Identification and Analysis of Gypsum-Based Vitrified Microbeads Insulation Mortar
With the continuous development of construction projects, the requirements for building energy conservation have been continuously improved, and various insulation materials have been promoted and applied to varying degrees. As a new type of inorganic insulation material developed in recent years,gypsum-based vitrified microbeads insulation mortar has been widely promoted and applied due to its numerous advantages. However,in the performance acceptance project of thermal insulation materials, there is controversy over whether the actual use of gypsum-based vitrified microbeads insulation mortar actually adheres to the design requirements by adding expanded and vitrified beads. Therefore, taking practical projects as typical cases, through microscopic analysis methods such as Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),point-to-surface energy spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),the identification and analysis of whether the expanded and vitrified beads materials are added to the gypsum-based vitrified microbeads insulation mortar from the perspective of appearance, element composition and mineral composition are carried out, providing guidance and assistance for the performance acceptance of such engineering insulation materials.
