青岛火车站候车空间冬季热环境特性研究

随着我国经济社会快速发展,铁路旅客出行需求日益增长,对出行体验的要求不断提升.火车站候车空间作为旅客滞留时间较长的场所,科学分析其热环境特性并建立热舒适评价模型,对营造高质量的候车环境是非常有必要的.以青岛火车站为研究对象,运用环境参数实测与主观问卷相结合的方式,定量分析候车空间冬季的热环境现状及旅客需求特性,并将主客观数据进行关联分析,建立热舒适评价模型.研究结果表明:冬季候车空间的实测热中性温度为20.3℃,舒适温度区间为18.0~22.6 ℃,旅客在冬季偏好更加温暖的环境,通过期望因子e与截距修正量d对PMV模型进行修正,得到ePMV模型.成果可对火车站候车空间的热环境进行更加精准客观的评价,也可为交通强国建设和铁道建筑的绿色化高质量发展提供一定的理论和案例参考.
The rapid development of domestic economy and society has led to an increasing demand for railway passenger travel,accompanied by a continuous improvement in the expectations for the travel experience.The waiting hall of railway station is a place where passengers stay for a long time.It is necessary to scientifically analyze its thermal environmental characteristics and establish a thermal comfort evaluation model for creating a high-quality waiting environment.This paper takes Qingdao Railway Station as the research object,uses the method of combining environmental parameter measurement and subjective questionnaire to quantitatively analyze the current situation of the thermal environment and passenger demand characteristics of the waiting hall in winter,and makes correlation analysis of subjective and objective data to establish a thermal comfort evaluation model.The results show that the measured thermal neutral temperature of the waiting hall in winter is 20.3 ℃,and the comfortable temperature range is 18.0~22.6 ℃.Passengers prefer a warmer environment in winter.The ePMV model is obtained by modifying the PMV model with expectation factor e and intercept correction d.The results of this study can make a more accurate and objective evaluation of the thermal environment of railway station waiting hall,and also provide some theoretical and case reference for the construction of transportation power and the green and high-quality development of railway buildings.
