Good natural ventilation design can effectively improve indoor air quality and thermal environment, but it is difficult to meet the thermal comfort needs of people indoor all year. The"natural ventilation+air conditioning"linkage mode can not only ensure the indoor comfort and health of the building throughout the year, but also is an important passive technical way to achieve the goal of near-zero energy buildings. However, there are few application cases of the above linkage mode in actual engineering, resulting in an extreme lack of design and operation experience. The comprehensive optimization design of the transition season ventilation strategy was carried out for the Metro Headquarters of Guangzhou Metro Design and Research Institute with CFD software-Fluent,and an adaptive linkage strategy of"air conditioning+natural ventilation"based on thermal comfort parameters was proposed, which could make the annual indoor thermal comfort time of the Metro Headquarters reach 1097~1351 hours in virtue of natural ventilation, helping it achieve the goal of near-zero energy building. This paper can provide reference experience in the design and operation of the mature application of building natural ventilation and air conditioning linkage system.
