数据中心冷却架构对空调制冷效果影响的研究

随着数据中心行业在全球的蓬勃发展,数据中心节能措施研究势在必行,制冷系统在数据中心是耗电大户,所以优化制冷系统至关重要.以四川某数据中心为基础,采用FoLTHERM软件进行CFD模拟研究数据中心冷却架构对空调制冷效果的影响.主要对比了在不同冷/热通道间距和高架地板空间结构下,数据中心各个区域温度的变化情况,通过研究不同位置的温度分布云图、数据统计整理和图表输出,得出以下结论:①冷通道间距较大/热通道间距较小的冷却架构布局在高架地板高度较低时,对于空调气流组织和制冷效果更具有优势;②高架地板偏高或偏低均不利于空调气流组织和制冷效果;③不论是冷/热通道间距还是高架地板空间高度,均与空调制冷效果无线性关系.
With the vigorous development of the data center industry in the world,it is imperative to study energy conservation measures in the data center.The refrigeration system is a major power consumer in the data center,so it is crucial to optimize the refrigeration system.Based on a data center in Sichuan,this paper uses FoLTHERM software to conduct CFD simulation to study the influence of the cooling architecture of the data center on the cooling effect of the air conditioner.This paper mainly compares the temperature changes in each area of the data center under different cold/hot channel spacing and elevated floor space structure.By studying the temperature distribution cloud chart,data statistics and chart output,the following conclusions are drawn:① The cooling architecture layout with larger cold channel spacing/smaller heat channel spacing has more advantages for air conditioning airflow organization and cooling effect when the elevated floor height is lower.② High or low elevated floor is not conducive to air distribution and cooling effect of air conditioning.③ No matter the space between the cold/hot channels or the space height of the elevated floor,there is no linear relationship with the cooling effect of the air conditioner.
