某公共建筑再生水热泵系统方案设计及经济性分析

以山西省太原市某公共建筑能源系统为研究对象,以直燃型溴化锂吸收式系统的实际运行数据为测算基准,根据建筑用能情况,考虑再生水水温、水量及管网资源等条件,进行再生水能源系统改造方案设计,分析了系统运行原理、设备配置、取退水方案等情况,计算系统的建设投资、运行费用、投资效益、投资回收期等经济性指标及节煤、减碳、减排等环保性指标.结果表明:再生水源热泵系统投资收益率为12.62%,投资回收期为7.88年.再生水源热泵系统替代溴化锂吸收式系统,每年运行可减少174.50万Nm3天然气消耗,相当于2351.22 tce,每年可减少3427.68 tCO2,139.60 kg NxOy排放,有较大的节能环保优势.
This article takes the energy systemof a public building in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province as the research object,based on the actual operating data of the direct combustion lithium bromide absorption system,according to the energy consumption of the building,considering conditions such as the temperature,quantity,and network resources of recycled water,presents the design of a retrofitting plan for a renewable water energy system,analyzing the system's operating principle,equipment configuration,water intake and return plans,and calculating economic indicators such as construction investment,operating costs,investment benefits,investment payback period,as well as environmental protection indicators such as coal saving,carbon reduction,and emission reduction.The results show that the investment return rate of the renewable water source heat pump system is 12.62%,and the investment payback period is 7.88 years.Regenerated water source heat pump system replaces lithium bromide absorption system,annual operation can reduce natural gas consumption by 1.745 million Nm3,equivalent to 2351.22 tons of standard coal,and reduce annual emissions by 3427.68 tons of CO2,139.60 kg NxOy.It has significant energy-saving and environmental protection advantages.
