In the background of industrialization of construction,a lightweight assembled perimeter wall was developed to combine the advantages of three general perimeter practices(cast-in-place,curtain wall, and assembly),and experimental research was conducted on the product to investigate whether it meets the conditions of use for a certain type of building type, thereby promoting the development of assembled buildings.Taking the integrated composite curtain wall with thermal insulation and decorative elements as the object of experimental research, the airtightness, watertightness, wind pressure resistance and impact resistance of the laboratory samples were investigated, and the following conclusions were drawn:the composite wall panels have excellent airtightness, watertightness and wind pressure resistance, and they can reach the highest level of grading and meet the requirements for use. When the combination of wall panels is 10mm thick calcium silicate board+100 mm thick fireproof rock wool with a capacity of 100 kg/m3+10 mm thick calcium silicate board,it meets the requirements of fire resistance class Ⅰ of the fire protection design code for non-load-bearing external walls, but it does not meet the requirements of the impact resistance performance;the test samples of the wall panels can meet the requirements of the first level of the impact resistance class(the lowest level)when the wall panels are replaced with the fiber cement board compounded with rock wool boards.
