Education aid is an important area of international development cooperation and a key link in promoting the achievement of Quality education,one of the Sustainable Development Goals(SDG).UNESCO and other international organizations have repeatedly pointed out that the aim of education aid should not only reverse the trend of decline in quantity,but also improve the effectiveness of aid.For it,the key is to choose more precise targets.Japan's foreign aid has always been known for its huge amount and prominent target.In the field of education aid,Japan's precise aid to Egypt's ed-ucation system can be regarded as a model project.Based on the main bottleneck of Egypt's education develop-ment,Japan's aid to Egypt's education is concentrated in two stages of education:one is kindergarten to the third grade;The second is to build aided universities majoring in engineering science and technology.The fact shows that Japan's education aid to Egypt is effective and has achieved a great reputation in the local area.On this ba-sis,Japan and the Egyptian government established the world's first bilaterally"Strategic Education Partnership",and the Egyptian government declared that it would"fully introduce the Japanese education model".It is in-structive to understand the implementation path of for-eign development assistance to achieve good results from the technical level by analyzing Japan's precise aid to the Egyptian education system.
