A Study on the Growth of Top-Notch Innovative Academic Talents in Humanities in China
Drawing upon the epistemological attributes of the humanities and the theoretical framework of developmental psychology,plus employing biographical research and semi-structured in-depth interviews,this study aimed to analyze the essential qualities and developmental patterns of innovative humanities scholars.The study found that the quality structure of top-notch innovative academic talents in humanities is divided into two dimensions:knowledge-ability and value,including complex language skills,text interpretation skills,a broad and specialized knowledge structure,insight into the present,multi-dimensional integration skills,a"Zhong-He"character,devout academic interests,a strong sense of social responsibility,and a sense of family and country.In addition,the growth of top-notch innovative academic talents in the humanities is a long-term,gradual,high-density,and strongly socially embedded knowledge infiltration process,which is mainly influenced by environmental factors such as family atmosphere,mentor guidance,diverse academic environments,and evaluation mechanisms.The study recommends optimizing evaluation mechanisms,strengthening the collaboration between home,school,and the society,emphasizing continuity between educational stages,and establishing innovative organizational structures.
