The Talent Introduction and Cultivation Mechanism in the Digital Transformation of China's Manufacturing Industry
The digital transformation of the manufacturing industry is the core path for the development of new quality productive forces,as well as a key driving force to accelerate this process.In this process,the importance of digital talents is increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is essential to establish and improve the training system for digital talents.Based on extensive research,this paper discusses the talent introduction and cultivation mechanism in the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry under the framework of new quality productive forces.The study finds that what China's manufacturing industry needs is interdisciplinary,compound talents with digital thinking,who can execute and innovate,namely "bridging talents." However,the current situation is characterized by a significant shortage of talents,the inability of colleges and universities to meet the development requirements,insufficient investment in educational resources,and a general lack of willingness among the younger generation to work in the manufacturing industry.To address these issues,this paper proposes,based on international experience,that the cultivation of digital talents requires not only the joint efforts of "government,industry,academy,research,and application," but also the need for enterprises to retain talents by changing the traditional single path of talent growth and creating a more attractive development environment.These policy recommendations and mechanism explorations aim to provide solid talent support for the digital transformation of China's manufacturing industry,promote the comprehensive modernization of the manufacturing industry,and accelerate the formation and development of new quality productivity.
