Research Progress in Upconversion Nanomaterials for Food Safety Detection
In recent years,upconversion nanomaterials have been rapidly developed in the field of food safety de-tection.Upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)can convert near-infrared light into visible light and have the charac-teristics of low fluorescent background and good chemical stability,improving the sensitivity and accuracy of detec-tion.This review summarizes the current commonly used UCNPs surface functionalization strategies,outlines the re-cent research progress of UCNPs in food safety detection,discusses some problems and challenges faced by UCNPs in practical application,and looks forward to the future development prospects of UCNPs in food safety detection.
