碳点药物载体在肿瘤治疗中的应用进展

碳点是一种新型的零维碳基纳米材料,具有小尺寸、低毒性以及表面易于功能化等诸多优点.碳点的出现为靶向递送药物实现癌症治疗提供了新思路.本综述系统阐述了碳点作为载体在药物递送方面的应用进展.首先,阐述了碳点的分类以及合成方法;其次,总结了国内外近年来基于碳点的不同种类药物(化疗药物、光敏剂、光热剂等)的递送研究进展;最后,对现阶段面临的挑战和应用前景进行了探讨,以期为从事碳点在药物递送方面研究的科研人员提供一些思路.
Advances in Carbon Dot-based Drug Carriers for Tumor Therapeutic Applications
Carbon dots are a new type of zero-dimensional carbon-based nanomaterials with many advantages,such as small size,low toxicity and easy surface functionalization.The emergence of carbon dots provides new ideas for targeted delivery of drugs to achieve cancer therapy.This review systematically describes the progress of the applica-tion of carbon dots as carriers for drug delivery.Firstly,the classification and synthesis methods of carbon dots are described.Secondly,the research progress of different kinds of drug delivery(chemotherapeutic drugs,photosensi-tizers,photothermal agents,etc.)based on carbon dots at home and abroad in recent years is summarized.Finally,the challenges and the application prospects are discussed,which is intended to provide some ideas for the research-ers who are engaged in the research of carbon dots in the field of drug delivery.
