粘性流动自动化CFD计算技术研究进展

针对Euler方程的自动化求解,目前国内外已有成熟的CFD商业软件,譬如Cart3D、KARALIT CFD、Pi-Flow等,但对于NS方程的自动化CFD计算,仍存在很多技术难题,尚处于起步阶段.在文献调研的基础上,总结了基于笛卡尔网格的自动化CFD软件功能与技术特点,介绍了笛卡尔网格下物面边界处理方法和粘性流动模拟技术的研究进展.在分析上述技术路线不足的基础上,基于团队研究成果提出了一种适用于粘性流动自动化CFD计算的新框架,并介绍了其涉及的关键技术.数值试验表明,提出的新框架具备自动化求解粘性流动的工程应用前景.
Research progress on automated CFD technology for viscous flow
For the automated solution of Euler's equation,there are mature CFD commercial software at home and abroad,such as Cart3D,KARALIT CFD,Pi-Flow,etc.However,for the automated CFD calculation of NS equation,there are still a lot of technical difficulties,which is still in the initial stage.On the basis of literature research,the functional and technical characteristics of automated CFD software based on Cartesian grids are summarised,and the research progress of object surface boundary processing method and viscous flow simulation technology under Cartesian grids are introduced.On the basis of analysing the deficiencies of the above technical routes,a new framework applicable to automated CFD calculation of viscous flow is proposed based on the team's research results,and the key technologies involved are introduced.Numerical tests show that the proposed new framework has the prospect of engineering applications for automated solution of viscous flows.
