Research on heat transfer characteristics of compound thermal protection structures based on fuel medium
To explore the heat transfer characteristics of the active-passive composite thermal protection structure which is applied to the outer surface of high-speed long-duration aircraft,an active-passive composite thermal protection structure using fuel as the cooling medium is proposed.Taking the typical base structure as the object, the unsteady finite volume method is used to carry out the research on the heat transfer characteristics of the active-passive composite thermal protection structures, which has obtained the transient thermal response behaviors such as structural temperature distribution and heat transfer characteristics under different working conditions, and given the factors and laws that affect the design of active-passive thermal protection,in order to optimize the design of thermal protection provided support. The results show that the active-passive composite thermal protection structure is better than the traditional passive thermal protection structure in terms of thermal protection effect, weight cost, volume ratio. It is a thermal protection method with broad application prospects.
