Thermal protection technology and lattice structure application of scramjet engine
The upgrade of thermal protection technology is one of the keys to the further development of hypersonic vehicle,and the current thermal protection technology can not meet the problem of heat overload faced by the engine at higher flight Mach number.The current development status of thermal protection technology and compares their respective advantages and disadvantages are summarized.The development direction of introducing lattice structure into active cooling technology is proposed.It also elaborates the mechanical properties,manufacturing methods and advantages of lattice structure in strengthening active cooling,and the difficulties and challenges faced by this way are further analyzed.The development of lattice structure enhanced active cooling technology is prospected in six aspects:theoretical research,simulation,experiment,manufacturing method,matrix material and structure optimization,and some suggestions for future research are put forward.
