摘要

随着航空航天技术的发展,高超声速飞行技术对结构材料性能提出更高要求,以高熵陶瓷为代表的新型热防护材料,因其具有较高的断裂韧性、耐高温性和抗腐蚀性等优异性能,近年来成为陶瓷领域的研究热点之一,成功在航空发动机热结构部件、飞行器热防护系统等领域实现应用.高熵陶瓷材料通常是指由5种或以上陶瓷组元形成的多主元固溶体,依据其化学成分可分为高熵氧化物陶瓷与高熵非氧化物陶瓷.综述了高熵氧化物陶瓷与高熵非氧化物陶瓷的研究进展,着重分析了放电等离子烧结法、液相前驱体法等制备方法;通过对高熵陶瓷材料微观结构图谱分析,从致密程度、物相组成、烧结温度等角度讨论了高熵陶瓷材料的力学及热学性能;展望了高熵陶瓷材料在能源、材料以及航空航天领域的应用方向,为今后高熵陶瓷材料的进一步研究提供参考.

Abstract

With the development of the aerospace industry,the performance of structural materials has become more and more essential for hypersonic flight technology.New thermal protection materials represented by high-entropy ceramics have become one of the research hotspots in the field of ceramics in recent years due to their excellent properties such as high fracture toughness,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.It has been successfully applied in aero engine thermal structure components,aircraft thermal protection system and other fields.High-entropy ceramic materials usually refer to the multi-principal solid solution formed by five or more ceramic components,which can be divided into high-entropy oxide ceramics and high-entropy non-oxide ceramics according to their chemical composition.The research progress of high-entropy oxide ceramics and high-entropy non-oxide ceramics is reviewed,and the preparation methods such as discharge plasma sintering and liquid phase precursor are emphatically analyzed.The mechanical and thermal properties of high-entropy ceramic materials are approached by examining densification,phase composition and sintering temperature by analyzing the microstructure diagram of high-entropy ceramic materials.The application direction of high entropy ceramic materials in energy,materials and aerospace fields is prospected,so as to provide reference for further research of high-entropy ceramic materials in the future.
