Softwood Cutting of Superior Clones——Nitraria sibirica
Experiment of softwood cuttage of four clones of Nitraria sibirica（Shuanggang 01,Shuanggang 02,shuanggang 03,Shaunggang 04） were conducted with orthogonal experimental design by using full-light automatic spray equipment.Result shows that effects on the rooting rate rooting number are extremely obvious among Nitraria sibirica clones;effect of four factors on main root length has no significant difference;type,concentration treatment time of plant growth regulator which have significant effect on rooting rate has no effect on number of roots main root length;among them,Shuanggang 04 has the optimal rooting effect;the optimal combination of Nitraria sibirica is 250 mg·kg-1 Genduozhuang（plant growth regulator）＋ treatment time being 2 h.
