IBA对重瓣欧丁香嫩枝扦插效果的影响

选用重瓣欧丁香嫩枝为试验材料,采用 IBA作为生长调节剂,研究了不同 IBA浓度和不同时间的处理对重瓣欧丁香嫩枝插穗在扦插繁育中根系生长发育的影响。结果表明:IBA生根剂对重瓣欧丁香嫩枝的扦插生根有显著促进作用,采用浓度140 mg L-1的 IBA处理插穗0.5 h的效果最好,愈伤组织出现时间提前3 d,生根时间提前4 d,生根率高出对照46.17%,平均生根数多出对照7.03条,最长根长比对照长5.01 cm,平均根长高出对照126.94%。
Effects of IBA Concentrations & Treatment Time on Softwood Cuttings of Syringa vulgaris
Selected twigs of Syringavulgaris as test material,using IBA as growth regulator,effects of different IBA concentrations & treatment time on root growth for softwood cuttings of Syringa vulgaris were studied.Result shows that:IBA rooting agent have significant role on promoting rooting for softwood cuttings of Syringavulgar-is;adopting 140 mg L-1 IBA with 0.5 h can obtain the optimal effect;callus appear three days in advance and the rooting time four days ahead;the rooting rate is 46.17% higher than that of CK;the average root number is 7.03 pieces more than that of CK;the longest root length is 5.01 cm longer than that of CK;the mean root length is 126.94% higher than that of CK.
