Effects of Temperature on Endogenous Hormone of Overcoming Dormancy in Tilia amurensis Seeds during Germination
In order to reveal physiological mechanisms of germination of Tiliaamurensis seeds, the dynamic changes of content for endogenous hormone in the process of germination of overcoming dormancy in Tiliaamurensis.Re-sult shows that:At 25℃,ABA content increase, and GA & IAA content decrease;the ratio of GA/ABA & IAA/ABA are significantly lower than that at optimum temperature(15℃/10℃).It illustrates that the seed germination will be inhibited while the content of ABA(inhibitory hormone )being in dominant position.
