取穗部位及插穗规格对树参扦插生根效果的影响

The Influence of Cutting Position and Cutting Specification on the Rooting Effect of Dendropanax dentiger Cutting

为了解取穗部位和插穗规格对树参扦插生根效果的影响,以无病虫害且生长健壮的当年树参硬枝为试验材料,开展了不同取穗部位(上部、中部、下部)、插穗长度(7~10、11~15、16~20 cm)和插穗粗度(0.2~0.4、0.4~0.7、0.7~1.0 cm)的硬枝扦插试验.结果表明:上部插穗效果最优,生根率为94.0%,≥5 cm Ⅰ级侧根数7.8条,抽梢率98.3%;中部插穗的效果次之;下部插穗的效果最差.插穗长度以11~15 cm效果最优,生根率为92.7%,≥5 cmⅠ级侧根数7.0条,抽梢率98.0%;7~10 cm插穗的效果次之;16~20 cm插穗的效果最差.插穗粗度以0.7~1.0 cm最优,生根率为93.3%,≥5 cm Ⅰ级侧根数6.8条,抽梢率为98.7%;0.4~0.7 cm粗度的效果次之;0.2~0.4 cm粗度的效果最差.
In order to understand the influence of cutting position and cutting specification on the rooting effect of Dendropanax dentigercutting,by using hardwoods of Dendropanax dentigerfrom the same year with disease-free and robust as the experimental materials,the hardwoods cutting trials of different cutting positions(upper,middle,lower),different cutting lengths(7-10 cm,11-15 cm,16-20 cm),and different cutting thicknesses(0.2-0.4 cm,0.4-0.7 cm,0.7-1.0 cm)were carried out.The results showed as follows:the effect of the upper cuttings was the best with a rooting rate of 94.0%,Grade Ⅰ lateral roots were 7.8 with a diameter≥ 5 cm and a shooting rate of 98.3%;the effect of middle cuttings was slightly inferior,while the effect of lower cuttings was the worst.The optimal length of cuttings was 11-15cm,with a rooting rate of 92.7%,Grad Ⅰ lateral roots were 7.0 with a diame-ter 5 cm,and a shooting rate of 98.0%;the effect of 7-10 cm cuttings was slightly inferior,while the effect of 16-20cm cuttings was the worst.The optimal thickness of cuttings was 0.7-1.0 cm,with a rooting rate of 93.3%,Grade Ⅰ lateral roots were 6.8 with a diameter 5 cm,and a shooting rate of 98.7%.The effect of 0.4-0.7cm thickness was slightly inferior,while the effect of 0.2-0.4 cm thickness was the worst.
