Analysis of Nutritional Components of Amygdalus pedunculata Kernels Introduced in Western Heilongjiang Province
In order to understand and compare the nutritional components of Amygdalus pedunculata kernels,tak-ing the kernels produced in the Amygdalus pedunculata experimental forest introduced in western Heilongjiang Province since 2015 as the trial materials, fatty acids, nutrients and mineral elements of which were tested and ana-lyzed.The results showed as follows:among Amygdaluspedunculataintroduced in different places of western Hei-longjiang Province, the contents of palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid in kernels varied significantly. The above indicators of Amygdalus pedunculatawere generally higher than those of the local tree species Amygdalus triloba. There was no significant difference in the content of fatty acids between Amygda-lus pedunculata oil and Amygdalus pedunculata oil from origin. The protein and fat content of Amygdalus pedun-culata produced at various introduced points in western Heilongjiang Province were very close to the protein and fat content of Amygdalus pedunculata in Shaanxi Shenmu origin, and very close to the total sugar and vitamin E con-tent of Amygdalus pedunculata kernels produced in Inner Mongolia origin.Among the introduced Amygdalus pe-dunculata,the kernels of Amygdalus pedunculata from Shaanxi Shenmu provenance produced in Yixin Township of Durbert Mongolian National Minority Autonomous County had the highest contents of protein, fat and total sugar(P>0.05).As for Amygdalus pedunculata introduced to western Heilongjiang Province, the contents of Ca,Cu and Mn were significantly lower than those in the original place, except that Na was higher than that in the original place, and K,Fe and Zn were similar to those in the original place.
