不同育苗方式对刺槐幼苗生长的影响

为了解不同育苗方式对刺槐幼苗生长的影响,以泰安市徂徕山林场种植的刺槐幼苗为研究对象,分别用播种育苗、扦插育苗和容器育苗3种方式进行育苗,并分析不同育苗方式对刺槐幼苗生长、根系形态和生物量产生的影响.结果表明:(1)扦插育苗方式下,刺槐幼苗苗高和地径明显高于播种育苗和容器育苗(P<0.05),且播种育苗苗高和地径高于容器育苗(P<0.05);(2)扦插育苗总根长、根表面积、根体积和根尖数显著高于播种育苗和容器育苗,播种育苗其次,容器育苗最低(P<0.05);(3)扦插育苗茎叶生物量、根系生物量、总生物量和根冠比均高于播种育苗和容器育苗,播种育苗高于容器育苗(P<0.05).扦插育苗方式下,刺槐幼苗生长状况较为理想,可促进刺槐幼苗生长,改善其根部发育状态.
The Influence of Different Seedling Raising Methods on the Growth of Robinia pseudoacacia Seedlings
To study the influence of different seedling raising methods on the growth of Robinia pseudoacacia seed-lings,taking Robinia pseudoacacia seedlings planted in Culai Mountain Forest Farm of Tai'an City as the research objects,three methods of sowing seedling,cutting seedling and container seedling were used to raise seedlings,and the effects of different seedling raising methods on the growth,root morphology and biomass of Robinia pseudoaca-cia seedlings were analyzed.The results showed as the following three aspects.(1)Under the mode of cutting seed-ling cultivation,the seedling height and ground diameter of Robinia pseudoacacia seedlings were significantly higher than those of sowing seedling and container seedling(P<0.05).And the height and ground diameter of sowing seedling were higher than that of container seedling(P<0.05).(2)The total root length,root surface area,root volume and root tip number of cutting seedling were significantly higher than sowing seedling and container seed-ling,followed by sowing seedling,and the container seedling was the lowest(P<0.05).(3)The stem and leaf bio-mass,root biomass,total biomass and root crown ratio of cutting seedling were higher than sowing seedling and con-tainer seedling.Sowing seedling was higher than container seedling(P<0.05).Under the cutting seedling raising method,the growth status of Robinia pseudoacacia seedlings is relatively ideal,which can promote the growth of Robinia pseudoacacia seedlings and improve the development status of their roots.
