Effects of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium Ratio Fertilization on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Zaosuhong Pear
In order to understand the effects of fertilization on photosynthetic characteristics of Zaosuhong pear, the six-year-old Zaosuhong pear trees were used as experimental materials, and fertilization treatments with different ra-tios of N(0,400 and 800 g·plant-1),P2 O5(0,300,600 and 900 g·plant-1),and K2 O(0,100 and 200 g·plant-1)were applied. The chlorophyll content, transpiration rate(Tr),net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and other photosyn-thetic indexes of the plants were measured to study the effects of N,P and K ratio fertilization on the photosynthetic characteristics of Zaosuhong pear. The results showed as follows:different proportions of N,P and K ratio fertiliza-tion could increase the content of chlorophyll in leaves, which increased by 7.18%-38.86%compared with no fertili-zation;the photosynthetic parameters such as net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of plants were significantly improved af-ter the treatment of application amount of higher N(≥400 g·plant-1)and K(200 g·plant-1),and the fertiliza-tion effect of each index was N>K.When the ratio of N,P and K was 800,900 and 200 g·plant-1,respectively,it could effectively improve the photosynthetic efficiency of Zaosuhong pear and promote the accumulation of dry mat-ter weight, which could be used as a reference in the fertilization management process of local pear tree planting.
