摘要
为了解柳树枯落物对种子植物的化感作用,开展了柳树枯落物不同浓度水浸提液对小麦、谷子、糜子、高粱、白菜等5种作物种子萌发与幼苗生长状况的影响研究.结果表明:柳树枯落物水浸提液对这5种作物存在化感作用,不同浓度柳树枯落物浸提液对5种作物的种子发芽率、发芽势、幼苗根长、幼苗苗高、幼苗鲜质量等指标均有不同程度的影响,并且随着柳树枯落物浸提液浓度的变化其作用强度有所不同.
Abstract
In order to understand allelopathy of Salix babylonica withered litters on seed plants,the effects of water extracts of Salix babylonica withered litters at different concentrations on seed germination and seedling growth of five plants,such as Triticum aestivum,Setaria italica,Panicum miliaceum,Sorghum bicolor and Brassica pekinen-sis,were studied.The results showed as follows:the water extracts of Salix babylonica withered litters had allelo-pathic effects on these five plants;the water extracts of Salix babylonica withered litters at different concentrations had different effects on the seed germination rate,germination potential,seedling root length,seedling length and seedling fresh weight of the five plants,and the effect intensity was different with the change of the concentrations of the water extracts of Salix babylonica withered litters.
