Study on the Selection of Grafted Rootstocks of Cerasus'Introrsa'
In order to improve the survival rate of grafted seedlings of Cerasus'Introrsa',the grafting experiments were carried out with Cerasus campanulata'Zhongguohong',C.speciosa'Xiaoqiao'and C.'Guangzhou'of three different ground diameter specifications as rootstocks.A total of nine treatments were set up to analyze the survival rate, plant height, graft diameter,height-diameter ratio and graft healing of grafted seedlings of Cerasus'Introrsa'.The results showed as follows:the survival rate of Cerasus campanulata'Zhongguohong'rootstock was higher, and the increase of rootstock diameter could improve the survival rate of grafting to a certain extent;the grafted seedlings of each treatment grew well, and the survival rates were almost the same.At the end of the observation period, there was no significant difference in plant height, graft diameter and height-diameter ratio among the nine treatments. The ground diameter size of the rootstock could affect the graft healing speed of the grafted seedlings, and the larger the diameter was,the worse the healing was. Therefore,Cerasus campanulata'Zhongguohong'with ground diameter of 1.0-1.5 cm can be preferentially selected as rootstocks for grafting and propagation of Cerasus'Introrsa'.
