Exotic Tree Species and Their Invasive Risk Assessment in Southeast Hills of Fujian Province
The risk assessment of exotic tree species is helpful to improve regional ecological security. In order to understand the situation of exotic tree species in the southeast hills of China and evaluate the risk levels of invasive tree species, this paper took the woody and bamboo tree species in Datian County of Fujian Province as the study ob-jects,and then carried out a comprehensive analysis and evaluation study on the exotic tree species and their invasive risk levels in Datian County by field investigation in each town, data collection and risk assessment methods. The re-sults showed that there were 96 exotic tree species in Datian County,of which 18 towns had exotic tree species.A-mong them,Junxi Town and Shibei Town had the most exotic tree species, with 29 and 28 species respectively, while Xieyang Town had the least exotic tree species, with only 4 species. The proportion of exotic tree species in Jianshe Town was the highest(6.85%),while the proportion of exotic tree species in Xieyang Town was the lowest(0.75%).Through the analysis of species sources, there were 19 invasive tree species, more than 65%of which were from South America and Asia. The invasion risk levels of Ribinia pseudoacacia and Lantana camara were me-dium,and the other 17 tree species were of low risk.No high-risk invasive tree species were found.
