摘要
为探明阿拉善地区白刺播种育苗最佳用种及播种季节,以大果白刺、小果白刺种子为材料进行冬季、春季分期播种育苗对比试验.结果表明:大果白刺春播苗出苗率较高,且苗高、地径、根数、地上生物量和地下生物量显著高于小果白刺春播苗,其各项生长指标比小果白刺分别高出36.22％、39.90％、80.89％、91.31％和121.59％;大果白刺冬播苗苗高显著高于春播苗.阿拉善地区在播种育苗时采用大果白刺进行冬季播种有利于提高出苗率和生长量,能够保证种苗质量.
Abstract
In order to find out the best species and sowing seasons of Nitraria tangutorum sowing and seedling cul-tivation in Alashan area,the seeds of Nitraria tangutorum and Nitraria sibirica were used as materials to carry out the contrast experiment of sowing seedlings by stages in winter and spring.The results showed as follows:the e-mergence rate of Nitraria tangutorum seedlings sown in spring was higher,whose height,diameter,number of roots,aboveground biomass and underground biomass were significantly higher than those of Nitraria sibirica seed-lings sown in spring,the growth indexes of Nitraria tangutorum were 36.22％,39.90％,80.89％,91.31％and 121.59％higher than those of Nitraria sibirica,respectively;the height of Nitraria tangutorum seedlings sown in winter was significantly higher than that of seedlings sown in spring.Therefore,it is considered that when sowing and cultivating seedlings in Alashan area,winter sowing of Nitraria tangutorum is beneficial to improve the emer-gence rate and growth and ensure the quality of seedlings.
