摘要

以青杨类树种黑青杨、青山杨及小黑杨为材料,搭建人工塑料棚室,开展控根容器苗水分胁迫试验,研究青杨类树种苗木对水分需求与抗旱能力,以此探讨和解决生产中苗木优质高效培育关键技术.结果表明:青杨类杨树品种小黑杨、青山杨、黑青杨在苗期土壤含水率降至10.82%即为严重干旱,将造成苗木的水分胁迫,此前需要及时灌溉;当土壤含水率达6.69%以下时青杨类品种已达萎蔫系数.研究结果可为青杨类杨树工业资源材高效培育提供科学依据.

Abstract

Taking Populus cathayana trees,including Populus euramericana'N3016'X Populus ussuriensis,Pop-ulus pseudo-cathay ana × P.deltoides,Populus simonii × Populus nigra,as materials,the artificial plastic green-house was built,and the water stress test of root control container seedlings was carried out to study the water de-mand and drought resistance of P.cathayana seedlings,so as to explore and solve the key technology of high quality and efficient cultivation of seedlings in P.cathayana production.The results showed that the soil moisture content of Populus simonii × Populus nigra,Populus pseudo-cathay ana X P.deltoids,Populus euramericana'N3016'X Populus ussuriensis at seedling stage decreased to 10.82%,which was a serious drought and would cause water stress of seedlings.Before that,timely irrigation was needed.When the soil moisture content was below 6.69%,the Populus cathayana varieties had reached the wilting coefficient.The research results could provide a scientific basis for the efficient cultivation of Populus cathayana tree industrial resource materials.
