Research on Growth Characteristics of the Natural Secondary Forest of Schima superba in Thousand-isle Lake and Its Understory Interplanting of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum
Schima superba occupies an important position in the construction of forestry ecology, forestry industry and ecological civilization in southern China. In order to explore the growth characteristics of Schima superba natu-ral secondary forest and the growth of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum interplanted under forest, the natural secondary forest of Schima superba in Thousand-isle Lake was taken as the research object, the growth community structure of the natural secondary forest with Schima superba as the main dominant tree species was investigated by sampling, the biomass of each component was measured by the average tree, and the growth process of Schima superba in Thousand-isle Lake was analyzed by tree trunk analysis. The results showed that the preservation rate of Tetrastig-ma hemsleyanum was 91.3%by bionic interplanting under the Schima superba forest, which could provide a refer-ence for the sustainable management of the natural secondary forest of Schima superba.
