不同生长激素对白刺硬枝扦插育苗的影响

以白刺1~2年生枝条为材料进行硬枝扦插试验,探讨不同质量浓度萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)对插条当年成活率和生长状况的影响.结果表明:从成活率看,NAA质量浓度为200 mg·L-1,IBA质量浓度为50、100、200 mg·L-1,IAA质量浓度为50、200 mg·L-1时,有助于提高白刺硬枝扦插成活率;从生长情况看,NAA质量浓度为50、100、200 mg·L-1,IBA为50、200 mg·L-1,IAA为50、100 mg·L-1时,促进白刺营养生长.综合考虑因素间交互作用,促进白刺硬枝扦插成活生长最佳处理为NAA质量浓度为200 mg·L-1处理,成活率达 58.75%,苗高 13.14 cm,冠幅 10.08 cm.
Effects of Different Growth Hormones on Hard wood Cutting Seedling of Nitrariatan tangutorum
The effects of different mass concentrations of naphthylacetic acid(NAA),indolebutyric acid(IBA)and indolea-cetic acid(IAA)on the survival rate and growth status of cuttings in the same year were studied by hardwood cutting ex-periment with 1-2 years old branches of Nitrariatan tangutorum.The results showed as follows:from the survival rate,NAA mass concentration of 200 mg·L-1,IBA mass concentration of 50,100,200 mg·L-1,IAA mass concentration of 50,200 mg·L-1,help to improve the survival of Nitrariatan tangutorum cutting seedlings;from the growth situation,NAA mass concentration of 50,100,200 mg·L-1,IBA mass concentration of 50,200 mg·L-1,IAA mass concentration of 50,100 mg·L-1,promote the vegetative growth of Nitrariatan tangutorum.Considering the interaction among factors,the op-timal treatment for promoting the survival and growth of hardwood cuttings of Nitrariatan tangutorum was NAA mass concentration of 200 mg·L-1.The survival rate was 58.75%,the seedling height was 13.14 cm,and the crown width was 10.08 cm.
