虾青素油皂化的单因素及正交实验研究

以二氯甲烷为溶剂,通过单因素和正交实验设计,优化得到虾青素油粗品皂化的最佳条件为:皂化液3 mg/mL NaOH-甲醇溶液,温度10℃,时间60 min,溶剂与皂化液体积比为1:2.皂化物经硅胶柱层析纯化可得游离虾青素,纯度达96%,利用红外、核磁、质谱等对产品进行了表征.
Study on the saponification of astaxanthin oil by single factor and orthogonal experiments
The saponification conditions of the crude astaxanthin oil were optimized with dichloromethane as the solvent by single factor and orthogonal experiments.When the temperature is 10℃,the time is 60 min,and the volume ratio of the sol-vent to the saponification solution is 1:2,the free astaxanthin with a purity of 96%after column separation on silica gel us-ing a 3 mg/mL NaOH-methanol saponification solution was obtained.The product was characterized by IR,NMR and mass spectrum analysis.
