顶空气相色谱法测定饲料中的反式茴香脑

研究建立了顶空气相色谱法测定饲料中的反式茴香脑.该方法样品直接在顶空进样器中处理,减少挥发性物质损失的同时不需要用到溶剂,优化了顶空的加热温度和平衡时间.本实验方法的反式茴香脑在0.05~20 mg/mL范围内呈线性,线性回归方程为y=2158.7x-28.288、相关系数0.9996及检出限(3S/N)0.0003mg/mL.而且实验抽取了样品的上层气体,样品中的液体和固体杂质不进入仪器,对色谱柱和FID检测器起到了很好的保护作用.本实验反式茴香脑的平均回收率在85~109%之间,RSD均小于3%.用顶空气相色谱法测定反式茴香脑实验稳定,分析准确、方便、重复性高,且实现了样品分析半自动化.
Determination of trans-anisole in feed by headspace gas chromatography
A headspace gas chromatographic method was developed for the determination of trans-anethole.In this method,the sample is processed directly in the headspace injector,which reduces the loss of volatile substances and does not re-quire solvent,and optimizes the heating temperature and equilibrium time of headspace.The results showed that trans-anis-ole was linear in the range of 0.05-20 mg/mL with linear regression equation y=2158.7x-28.288.The linear correlation coef-ficient was 0.9996 and the limit of detection(3S/N)was 0.0003mg/mL.Moreover,the upper gas of the sample is extracted in the experiment,and the liquid and solid impurities in the sample do not enter the instrument,which has a good protection effect on the chromatographic column and the FID detector.The average recovery of trans-anisole was 85-109%with RSD less than 3%.The determination of trans-anisole by headspace gas chromatography is stable,accurate,convenient and re-producible,and the sample analysis is semi-automatic.
