An example of maintenance for ignition failure of GC FPD detector
FPD detector of Gas chromatograph is mainly used to detect organophosphorus pesticides in pesticide residue de-tection of agricultural products,and there arre many failures in its daily use.In this paper,the causes for the failure of FPD detector to ignite the flame during a start-up process are investigated step by step from the aspects of instrument parameter setting,column installation,gas system,igniter components,etc.and the process of manually disassembling and cleaning the FPD detector nozzle and replacing the igniter components is described in detail.
