目的:通过对缴获仿"死藤水"案件中的疑似白色粉末进行检验,建立新型合成氯胺酮的制毒原料(1-(2-氯苯基)-2-氧代环己基)氨基甲酸叔丁酯(以下简称:N-Boc-Norketamine)的检验方法.方法:样品经过溶解或压片后,使用GC/MS、UHPLC/MS和FTIR进行仪器分析.结果:用建立的方法可以简单快速对(1-(2-氯苯基)-2-氧代环己基)氨基甲酸叔丁酯进行分析.结论:所建方法可以快速准确、简单方便地用于涉毒检材的检验鉴定.
Analysis of the new raw material N-Boc-Norketamine
Purpose:To estabilish a qualitative analysis method for the new raw materrial(1-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-oxo-cy-clohexyl)tert-butyl carbamate.Method:The samples were dissolved or compressed and analyzed by GC/MS,UHPLC/MS and FTIR.Result:A simple and rapid method for the determination of(1-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-oxo-cyclohexyl)tert-bu-tyl carbamate was developed.Conclusion:The established method can be used for rapid,accurate,simple and convenient identification of drug-related sample.
