Determination of rice by micro wave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spec-trometryStudy on interference factors of heavy metals
The rice samples were treated by microwave digestion, and the copper, lead, zinc and cadmium in the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The absolute value of the relative error in the determination of reference materials was used as the experimental index to determine the optimal conditions of micro-wave digestion. The interference factors affecting the test and the removal methods were studied.HNO3-H2O2 or HNO3-HC1O4 was determined as the acid digestion system, and the matrix interference was removed twice by acid removal. At the same time, the instrument used collision mode to reduce the mass spectrum interference. The method was applied to the determi-nation of certified standard rice samples and actual samples, and the accuracy and precision of the determination results met the monitoring requirements.
