To explore the uncertainty evaluation of the determination of nickel content in copper alloy by direct reading spectrometer
The evaluation method of uncertainty for determination of nickel content in copper alloy by direct reading spec-trometer was discussed.the sources of uncertainty were quantified.The influence of each uncertainty component on the com-bined uncertainty was analyzed.The main sources of measurement uncertainty were identified.This paper provided a basis for reduction of the measurement uncertainty and improvement on the accuracy of test results.
