Investigation on the Content of aluminium in Oolong Tea from FuJian Province
To understand the pollution status of aluminium in oolong tea in FuJian,1456 batches of oolong tea samples were determined and evaluated the dietary exposure in this research.The results showed that oolong tea contented the high level of aluminium,range from 121.6 mg/kg to 2368.2 mg/kg,in the average of 936.8 mg/kg.Through analysis of statistics,there is obvious difference and statistical significance in the aluminum content of oolong tea in different areas.The content of alu-minium in tea soup may affect the health of people.Therefore,it is necessary to estimate the health risks resulting from expo-sure to aluminium via tea drinking for adults.
