超级微波消解—ICP-MS法测定食品中铅、镉、铬、砷及空白值控制图研究

建立超级微波消解结合电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定食品中铅、镉、铬、砷的检测方法,收集特氟龙消解罐消解的30次空白值建立空白值控制图,并分析石英、玻璃消解罐对空白值的影响.结果表明4种重金属元素线性关系良好(r>0.999 9),检出限为0.000 1 mg/kg~0.03 mg/kg,质控样品符合证书参考值和GB/T 27404-2008准确度要求.建立的空白值控制图可用于监控日常空白稳定状况,采用石英消解罐消解时系统表现出良好的稳定性,采用玻璃消解罐消解时铅、砷空白值超出上行动限.本方法准确、可靠、快速,且石英消解罐可作为特氟龙消解罐的替代品.
Study on determination and blank control chart of Lead,cadmium,chromium and arsenic in food by super microwave digestion-Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry
To establish a method for the determination of lead,cadmium,chromium and arsenic in food by super microwave digestion combined with Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The blank control chart was established by using the blank values accumulated 30 times when Teflon digestion tank was used for digestion,and the influence of quartz and glass digestion tank on the blank was analyzed.The results showed that the linear relationship of the four heavy metals was good(r>0.999 9),the detection limits were 0.000 1 mg/kg-0.03 mg/kg,and the quality control samples met the certificate reference value and the accuracy requirements of GB/T 27404-2008.The blank control chart can be used to monitor the dai-ly blank stability,and the system shows good stability when using quartz digestion tank,lead and arsenic blank exceeds up-per action limit when using glass digestion tank.The method is accurate,reliable and rapid,and quartz digestion tank can be used as a substitute for Teflon digestion tank.
