本文叙述了(500×10-6~5.00×10-2)mol/mol空气中二氧化碳气体标准物质的研制过程,以高纯氮、高纯氧和二氧化碳为原料,采用称量法制备了空气中二氧化碳气体标准物质,使用气体分析仪对制备的样品气体浓度进行均匀性和稳定性的检验,并通过比对分析实验验证了称量法定值的准确性.该气体标准物质的相对扩展不确定度U为1%(k=2),可为二氧化碳气体分析仪、气相色谱仪和报警器提供计量溯源支持.
Preparation and Uncertainty Analysis of Gas Reference Material of Carbon Dioxide in the Air
The manuscript describes the development process of(500×10-6~5.00×10-2)mol/mol carbon dioxide gas refer-ence materials in the air.The gas reference materials was prepared by the weighing method using high-purity nitrogen,high-purity oxygen and carbon dioxide as raw materials.The homogeneity and stability of the prepared sample gas concen-trations were checked using a gas analyzer,and the accuracy of the weighing method was verified by comparison.The rela-tive extended uncertainty U=1%(k=2)of the gas reference materials can provide metrological traceability support for car-bon dioxide gas analyzers,gas chromatographs and alarms.
